Due to the handmade nature of these fabrics there can be minor imperfections. Each pillow is handmade by our local Miami seamstress using preshrunk natural beige color cotton duck canvas backing with an invisible zipper.
We recommend you spot clean or dry clean ONLY.

We recommend using a feather insert that is either the same size as the cover or if you want a fuller look you can go 1-2 inches larger than the cover. Feather inserts give a much nicer look and feel. If you prefer a more spongy feel you can use a polyester insert, but would stick with the same size insert as the cover. Hope that helps.
GENERAL SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (3-5 days during sales and product launches). Orders placed late Thursday evening and Friday are typically shipped out the following Monday.
Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Although we do our best to ship all orders properly, once they leave the U.S., we have no control over any additional cost. Please be aware that customs charges may apply.
