Very happy with the final product. I was a bit surprised that the insert cushion did not come with the slip cover, the add for the cover made it read like it was included. I am sorry I did not keep the original add which I found it was disappointing to then have to order a separate insert cushion.
The pattern is simple and the texture is incredibly soft but adds depth to the look of the pillow itself.
The macrame pillow cover arrived stained and the zipper split. Wayfair offered a $20 discount but I’d rather had a replacement. The other covers were nice.

We source our Bogolan Mudcloth from Western Africa. The fabric is dyed and composed of a thick cotton canvas, spun and woven 100% by hand. A pattern is dyed with fermented mud and other organic dyes. The dyeing technique is 100% organic, free from all kinds of harmful chemicals.
Craftsmen draw symbols on these fabrics to tell traditional stories of the peoples of the region. Formerly used by warriors and hunters for camouflage, Bogolan fabric is used today around the world to illustrate its attachment to African culture.

What size pillow insert?
We recommend using a feather insert that is either the same size as the cover or if you want a fuller look you can go 1-2 inches larger than the cover. Feather inserts give a much nicer look and feel. If you prefer a more spongy feel you can use a polyester insert, but would stick with the same size insert as the cover. Hope that helps.
